Creamy Chia Pudding (GF, V)
Super simple 3 ingredient recipe! So healthy, so tasty, and seriously probably the easiest thing you'll ever make!
2 cups plant milk of choice (I used Planet Oat Dark Chocolate Oatmilk)
8 Tbsp or ½ cup chia seeds
OPTIONAL: 1-2 Tbsp raw cane sugar or agave (depending on desired sweetness, be mindful with using sweetened milk)
Using a 32oz mason jar with a lid, pour your ingredients into jar. Seal jar tightly and shake well. Let set in fridge overnight & voilà!
Chia pudding is ready to enjoy as is, with fresh fruit, add some granola + make a parfait, add to your morning oatmeal or even add some oats to the jar before bed + enjoy your ready to go overnight oats! Try portioning out into smaller jars for an easy breakfast, after school snack, or healthy dessert! Switch up your milk + try with vanilla almondmilk, or whatever you're in the mood for! Get creative + have fun with your chia!
Keeps for a week in the fridge (if you even have leftovers to keep!) Can even freeze for 2-3 months, just thaw in the fridge the night before you're ready to enjoy!

To the left here is a picture of my chia pudding parfait from this morning! I layered dark chocolate oatmilk chia pudding, fresh strawberries, and vanilla almondmilk chia pudding! So yummy, easy, satisfying + nutritious!
Here are some other pictures of some of my favorite ways to enjoy chia!
