Balance Bites (GF, V, RSF, Raw)


1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1 cup raw cashews

1 Tbsp So Let's Try Balance adaptogen blend

1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave

  1. Add coconut flakes to food processor. Blend until flakes start to turn into butter.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to food processor. Pulse to mix ingredients, then blend till well combined.

  3. Form tablespoon-sized bites. Roll bites in shredded coconut, hemp hearts, or serve as is.

Balance Bites can be stored in fridge or freezer. Allow Bites to come to room temperature or enjoy chilled. We prefer them chilled!
