Sungold Organic Foods Coming Soon!

hi everyone! I'm so glad to be back in Cincinnati and doing the things that bring me joy, sharing my love of nutrition and wellness with my community! in that spirit, my new venture I'm starting is Sungold Organic Foods -- a line of organic scratch-made dips, spreads, and sides that are plant-based, gluten-free, loaded with nutrients and totally delicious!

I'm starting off Sungold with a unique variety of hummus flavors you can't find anywhere else! the first flavor to be released is my salted caramel hummus that I showcased at Imagine Cincinnati's Care-Free Playgroups this week, where I showed moms more ways to get produce in their kids' diets and different means of preparing seasonal super foods. I'll be sharing more on my time with Imagine Cincinnati in the next week, as well as sharing the recipes the groups got to enjoy. So much more exciting news to come! Stay tuned!
